HSE POLICY STATEMENT

At Aster Hospitals, we are deeply committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients, employees, visitors, and the wider community, while also ensuring responsible stewardship of the environment. We recognize that excellence in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is fundamental to delivering trusted and compassionate healthcare through following commitments:-

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety across all clinical and non-clinical operations.

  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous medical and chemical waste in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Promote sustainable practices such as green building design, recycling, and efficient resource use.

  • Comply with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Implement and maintain an HSE Management System aligned with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).

  • Set measurable HSE objectives and monitor performance regularly to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and environmental awareness at all levels of the organization.

  • Encourage active participation and consultation of employees in HSE matters through feedback, training, and engagement.

This policy is applicable to all Aster Hospital employees, contractors, and stakeholders and shall be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
