There are non-surgical and surgical methods that can treat sagging skin effectively. You can choose anyone based on the type of problem. If you want to use the surgical method, then consult the best Dermatologist in Dubai. The non -surgical methods involve home treatment which will produce small-to-moderate results.

Here are some tips that can prevent sagging skin naturally:

  • Exercise

  • Sleep sufficiently

  • Quit smoking

  • Limit alcohol consumption

  • Apply sun cream regularly,

  • Keep the body hydrated by drinking water sufficiently

  • Eat more antioxidant-rich foods and good fats,

  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach

  • Apply a quality firming cream that is rich in retinoids, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C.

Home Remedies for Sagging Skin

Massage your forehead

You can prevent sagging skin on your forehead by doing a massage. For the massage:

It’s best to use natural ingredients such as coconut oil or olive oil as they are rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and other minerals. Apply your oil of choice gently on the forehead and massage it in a circular motion for up to five minutes. After that, you can leave the oil on your skin for added moisture.

Use Sea Salt Scrub on your Neck

Sagging skin on the neck tend to appear at a younger age. But you can treat it by applying sea salt scrub twice a week on the neck. Sea salt is rich in bromide, potassium, and iodine. These ingredients are skin-soothing which helps to stop inflammation, water retention and improve cell production. You can prepare the scrub by adding one cup of fine sea salt and a half cup of extra virgin olive oil into a jar. After that, you can add few drops of your choice of oil. Then wash your neck with the face wash and apply the sea salt scrub into your skin and massage it for thirty seconds.

Use Baking Soda to exfoliate your cheeks

Baking soda is an effective solution that can prevent sagging skin on the cheeks. It poses properties that can remove dead skin cells, soften your complexion, and tighten pores. Exfoliate your cheeks with baking soda at least once every week.

Just add two teaspoons of baking soda with two teaspoons of warm water and the solution is ready. Apply it on the checks and do a massage in a circular motion for thirty seconds. After that, let the mixture dry in your cheeks before washing your face with warm water and then apply some cold water to open the pores.

Cucumber for Your Eyes

The skin around the eyes is vulnerable to sagging skin than any other part of the body. You can apply cucumber juice mask to remove sagging skin and wrinkles. To make the mask:

Blend the cucumber and then apply it to your skin near the eyes. Wash your face with cold water.
